Four teenagers are being charged with felonious assault after police say they threw a sandbag from an I-75 overpass overnight in Toledo.
A passenger was critically injured, WTVG reports.
According to WTVG, Toledo police say all four teens are between 13 and 14 years old.
The victim, 22-year-old Marquise Byrd of Warren, was a front seat passenger in the vehicle which was driven by an acquaintance. The sandbag struck the windshield of the vehicle, stricking Byrd.
He was rushed to the hospital with a head injury and remains in critical condition.
