(CNN) — Do you ever have late night cravings for some really good barbecue or smokehouse meat -- and can't find a restaurant that's still open?
Well, a Michigan company has come up with a solution for that very problem -- a meat vending machine.
The company is called Barrett's Smokehouse. They installed a machine this week at a location in Oshtemo Township.
It dispenses items including, hamburgers, New York strips, beer brats, and smoked pulled pork.
The company's owners say they've gotten a lot of positive feedback.
"Response on Facebook was 'can we have one here or there' and yeah, you know, if I can make it convenient for my customers at other locations for them, or reach customers that I can't with my stores, that would be ideal for us," said Lauren Heath, General Manager of Barrett's Smokehouse.
The meat vending machine gets restocked every day.
It also turns itself off automatically if temperatures go below the level recommended for keeping the products fresh.
