(WXYZ) — Michigan's Historic Grand Hotel unveiled four new Cupola suites for its 133rd season.

“While the beginning of every season is an exciting time at the Hotel for staff and guests alike, this opening will certainly be special,” said Dan Musser, III, President of Grand Hotel, in a release. “My father and I always talked about restoring the Hotel to its original beauty by adding the Cupola Suites, and today, I’m proud to say we are finally watching that vision come together. We look forward to welcoming visitors from all over to enjoy a memorable stay at Grand Hotel.”

The suites offer either one-bedroom or two-bedroom options. The project began on the west end in 2014.

The Grand Hotel will open its doors for the 133rd season on Friday, May 3.

In addition to the new suites, the Grand Hotel is also offering special weekend packages, including holiday packages and Titanic at the Grand, a special weekend for Titanic enthusiast. For more information on packages, click here.
