The search is on for a missing flight attendant who has ties to Michigan.
Sierra Shields has been missing since January 14 after suddenly quitting her job in New York City. She was last seen leaving LaGuardia Airport around noon on the 14th. She left on foot.
Sierra had lived in Michigan and graduated from Rochester College in Rochester Hills, Michigan.
The New York Police Department issued the following description: 5'7", 160 lbs., black hair, brown eyes, medium build, medium complexion, and wearing a navy blue flight attendant's dress.
Sierra's family is asking for the public to share the "Find Sierra Shields" Facebook page and use the hashtag #FindSierraNYC on Twitter.
