DETROIT (WXYZ) — UPDATE: Police confrim Carson Hayes has been found safe.

Detroit police are looking for a missing 2-year-old boy believed to be with his mother.
Carson Hayes was last seen Tuesday, Sept. 8 at approximately 1:20 p.m. Police say Carson's father took his son to his mother's house located in the 20800 block of W. Chicago; at some point, it is believed the mother, who does not have full custody, took Carson and cannot be located.
The mother has been identified as Asia Sturgis, 25.
She was last seen wearing a gray hoodie with a white tank top underneath, red leggings and unknown colored tennis shoes. She was also carrying a black bag.
Police say she may also be driving a blue 2019 Nissan Altima with a new New Hampshire plate, 4576271.
Carson was last seen on Tuesday, September 08, 2020 at approximately 1:20 p.m. Carson's father took his son over to his mother's house located in the 20800 block of W. Chicago and at some point it is believed that the mother took their child and cannot be located (Mother does not have custody).
