PONTIAC, Mich. (WXYZ) — Oakland County Michigan Works! is hosting its first-ever virtual job fair with more than 50 employers hiring for jobs throughout the county.
The job fair is happening in two different sessions on Wednesday, Sept. 23. Those looking for a job can sign up for both sessions from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Advanced registration is required for the morning and afternoon sessions.
“During this time of uncertainty, Oakland County Michigan Works! organized this virtual event, featuring job opportunities in a variety of industries that must be filled now as our economy continues to recover,” Oakland County Executive David Coulter said in a release. “Most of these jobs are located in Oakland County.”
