New video may help catch Detroit's Most Wanted

Horrifying video shows two gunmen firing shots at a car while a young brother and sister sat on the hood. Inside the car were 13-year-old Aaliya Thomas and 21-year-old Stevan Henderson.

Nearly two-dozen shots were fired, according to Detective Patrick Lane with DPD homicide.

Emergency calls quickly poured in from residents nearby.

It happened in broad daylight on December 1 outside of a store near Hayes and Troester on Detroit’s east side.

Aaliya and Stevan were shot and killed. The two kids on the hood fell underneath the car and were run over. The pair sustained serious injuries. 

The 7-year-old boy is expected to make a full recovery, but his 12-year-old sister remains in a coma. 

Detroit police are now on the hunt for the suspects in this tragic shooting.
