DETROIT (WXYZ) — Police arrested a 40-year-old man for allegedly assaulting his 47-year-old girlfriend early Sunday morning in Detroit.
According to police, the incident happened in the 8200 block of Grandville at 6:18 a.m.
The suspect allegedly assaulted the woman. The woman and her children were able to escape the location, police say, and the suspect was later arrested without incident.
