(WXYZ) — Three suspects have been arrested in connection to shots fired at a Taylor police officer on I-94 Tuesday.
In an update from MSP, troopers say overnight detectives found a vehicle that matched the description the victim provided. A traffic stop was conducted and three suspects were arrested and taken to the post, according to police.

On June 30 around 4:15 p.m., troopers from the Metro South Post were dispatched to eastbound I-94 near Michigan for a possible freeway shooting.
A preliminary investigation revealed that a male driver was heading east on I-94 when a suspect in a red passenger car fired shots at him, according to MSP.
The suspect vehicle then exited at Livernois Ave.
No one was hurt in the incident, police say. All lanes on eastbound I-94 at Michigan has since reopened.
Troopers and detectives are continuing to investigate.
