Fire officials say a 3-year-old boy is on life support after an early morning house fire in Detroit.

Investigators on the scene earlier pronounced the boy dead, but crews were able to revive him, and now he's on life support.

The house is in the 8800 block of Bessemore on the city's east side near Gratiot and Harper.

We're told two other young children and four adults are recovering from injuries at the hospital.

Sources tell 7 Action News the family had to jump out of a window to get out of the house.

No details have been released in regards to the cause of the fire.
