A little boy in White Lake Township still got to have some Halloween fun, thanks to his neighbors.

According to a Facebook post from White Lake Township Police, a little boy was bitten by a dog the day before Halloween, which put him in the hospital and made him miss out on trick-or-treating.

Officer McNulty noticed numerous car lined up in a Bed, Bath and Beyond parking lot with their trunks open. When he pulled in to find out what was going on, he discovered that they were setting up a "trunk or treat."

His neighbors set up the event so the little boy could get candy and have his Halloween.

The little boy even got a White Lake PD bag filled with candy and goodies.
