Tom Teknos, the owner of The Hudson Cafe in downtown Detroit, is doing whatever he can to help save the life of his beloved nephew and godson, Elias.
The little boy just turned 1 and is still in the fight of his life. He has a rare immune disorder, and he's in desperate need of a bone marrow transplant.

"We want to refresh everyone's memory. Look, this is a dire, dire situation," he says.
Teknos and his wife have put up four billboards around metro Detroit to continue the push to raise awareness.
One billboard near I-75 and I-696 says "I need you. One swab can save my life."
It's an easy swab test that you can have sent to your house.
