The new trailer for the upcoming film 'Detroit' was released this week.
The movie, directed by Kathryn Bigelow, shares the "untold true story of real events" during the civil unrest in the city in the summer of 1967.
Bigelow is an Academy Award winning director, best known for The Hurt Locker and Zero Dark Thirty.
'Detroit' is expected to hit theaters August 4.
