People who drive through I-96 and US-23 in Brighton will have to deal with nightly lane closures as workers remove bridges in the area.
The closure, which began at 10:00 p.m., affects northbound US-23 at I-96, the I-96 eastbound ramp to US-23 northbound and the US-23 northbound ramp to westbound I-96.
It is expected to wrap up by 5:00 a.m. on Wednesday.
Drivers can get around the closure by exiting at Lee, taking old US-23 to M-59 and then reentering the freeway at Highland Road.
