Tomorrow the Obama administration is expected to make a move that will likely spark a lot of controversy across America.
According to the New York Times, a decree will be issued telling every public school district to allow transgender students to use the bathrooms that match their gender identity.
The report says the decree has been signed by the Justice Department and the Department of Education.
It does not have the force of law, but it could open the door to lawsuits for schools that don't comply.
The report also states that, along with the letter, the Obama administration will include a document filled with best practices for schools.
