Let's be frank, we knew it was only a matter of time before a drone was created solely for the purpose of delivering hot dogs.

Especially with a first name like O-S-C-A-R.

Yes, the Oscar Mayer Weinermobile is getting a high tech sidekick in drone form.

The brand recently revealed some new vehicles to beef up what it refers to as its "WienerFleet."

The WienerDrone can reportedly fly up to 15 minutes — with a maximum cargo capacity of one hot dog.

The promotional video shows the aircraft simply dropping a hot dog to a person waiting below.

In addition to the WienerDrone, the brand also unveiled the WienerCycle: a three wheeled moped equipped with a hot dog warming station.

The head of marketing said in a news release that these vehicles show that the brand is "committed to going where other hot dogs can’t."

According to Oscar Mayer, the 'WienerFleet' additions were launched just in time for the Fourth of July— with plans to deliver hot dogs to those celebrating the holiday in Weiner, Arkansas.
