Parents upset with a video that went viral from Royal Oak Middle School were expected to sit down with the school's principal today, but that meeting has been canceled.
School officials say parents decided to call it off for today. The superintendent notes that the school staff is willing to meet with parents whenever they are ready.
A video was recorded last Wednesday inside the lunchroom of the middle school as kids chanted "build the wall."
The slogan is synonymous with President-elect Donald Trump's campaign and his idea to build a wall to prevent illegal immigrants from entering the country.
