Detroit police have released photos of a man and a woman they say are persons of interest in the shooting of a teenager in Detroit on Friday night.

According to police, the 17-year-old was walking in the area of Plymouth and Meyers around 6:20 p.m. when an unknown suspect in a black SUV started shooting, fatally hitting the victim.

Police say the man and the woman may have information about the suspects and the crime.

The first person of interest is a black female with light brown complexion, should-length black hair, wearing a zip up jacket, burgundy shirt, gray pants with black and white writing and black and white gym shoes.

The second person of interest is described as a black male, dark brown complexion with short black hair, wearing a blue zip-up jacket, black pants and black shoes.

The family of Reginald Robinson have set up a GoFundMe account to help with funeral expenses. For more information, click here.
