DETROIT (WXYZ) — The historic Bagley Mansion on Jefferson Avenue in Detroit's Rivertown district is for sale with a price tag of $3.27 million.
According to the listing, the 4-story mansion was built in 1889 and has 8,500 square feet of "mixed use commercial space." The mansion, which is on the national register of historic places, is currently occupied by "Beautiful Bridal," a bridal studio curated by Keasha Rigsby of "Say Yes to the Dress." It features stained-glass windows and exterior stone carvings.
Amenities include hardwood floors, a courtyard, a security system, a fireplace, high ceilings and a fenced lot.
The mansion also includes an attached parking lot with 15 spaces and 20 office suites/rooms.
