Highland Park police say a man is in critical condition after he crashed his pickup truck into a fence.
Manchester Parkway is now closed at Third in the city as the investigation continues.
Police say the driver is in his 30s or 40s.
Officials say it appears the man lost control and drove about 100 feet on the sidewalk before crashing into a fence and pole.
