FERNDALE, Mich. (WXYZ) — Police are investigating an early morning shooting at a Ferndale lounge.

Right now, officers say two people were shot and injured at the Bosco Lounge on Woodward. Ferndale police tweeted this around 6 a.m. Friday morning.

Two individuals are in police custody, and there is "no ongoing threat or danger" to the community, according to police.

A 37-year-old Detroit man was hit several times in the torso and is in critical condition. Another victim, a 36-year-old man, was shot in the hand and was treated and released at the hospital.

A worker tells us that one of the shooters may have been angry because they were denied entry at the club.

We're told that police also recovered three weapons.

Police are looking for more witnesses to speak with.
