Warren police and fire crews have rescued a man who fell in a trench outside of a home on Tuesday afternoon.
We're told the home is on Timken St., which is in a neighborhood west of Van Dyke and north of 9 Mile.
The man was pulled out after about an hour. He is being checked out for a possible leg injury.
Officials say the man was working in a trench without a trench box.
7 Action News has learned that the man was working on a home that was being repaired after being damaged when an explosion happened at a home next door earlier this year.
