Marysville police confirm the 32-year-old female victim shot at the bounce house venue has died.
The 34-year-old male suspect, who was barricaded inside his home, has also died.
Police say he turned the gun on himself.
The deadly shootings happened Saturday evening at the Jump N Jams location on the 3100 block of Gratiot Boulevard.

Witnesses said several parents and children were inside the venue at the time of the shooting.
An employee told 7 Action News he witnessed a man walk into the business and shoot his boss in the head.
"I heard a bang, got up and seen the manager bringing a ton of people in," said employee Logan Philips. "Ten minutes later I go out there and I see my boss laying on the ground with blood all around."
As of 11 p.m. Saturday, Marysville police said the suspect was no longer considered a threat to the community. It is not clear if the suspect was taken into custody.
According to its Facebook page, Jump N Jam offers inflatable bouncers, obstacle courses and a full arcade with prizes.
Police say the female victim worked at the Jump N Jam location.
