YPSILANTI TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WXYZ) — Michigan State Police troopers are investigating a shooting on I-94 in Ypsilanti Township near Rawsonville.

Police say the shooting possibly stemmed from road rage. No injuries were reported.

Police say four suspects fled the scene in a black colored Malibu last seen eastbound on I-94 from Rawsonville Road. Approximately three shots were fired and did not strike anyone, police say.

I-94 will be shut down just west of Rawsonville Road while the investigation continues.
