Novi Police say a barricaded gunman situation has ended and the suspect has surrendered to police.
According to police, it happened at a condo on Old Orchard near 10 Mile and Haggerty around 11 a.m.
Police were in contact with the 20-year-old man. He was the only person inside.
People in the area were evacuated or told to shelter in place while the situation was ongoing.
Just after 12:30 p.m., police say the suspect was talked out of the home and surrendered to police.
