Detroit police are asking for the public's help to locate a missing 30-year-old woman who suffers from bipolar disorder.
Police say Stephanie Karbowski was last seen on August 21 in the 700 block of E. Grand Boulevard.
Karbowski is described as a white female, about 5 feet tall and 90 pounds with blue eyes and blond hair. She has musical notes tattooed on both wrists.
She was last seen wearing a long sleeve hoodie, and black and white pants.
