Redford Township police say they are searching for a man after a domestic situation that started early this morning.
Police say there was an incident inside a home on Winston near Acacia and a woman was injured.
Officers thought the man was still inside the home with the woman and staked out for nearly 11 hours, bringing in SWAT robots and tear gas.
Once police finally got inside, they discovered no one was there.
Police are expected to release more details shortly.
