DETROIT (WXYZ) — Detroit police are investigating a non-fatal shooting that happened in the 6700 block of Evergreen Thursday.
On Nov. 7 around 9:45 p.m., the 28-year-old female victim told police she was sitting in the kitchen when she heard gunshots. She felt pain then ran out of the apartment and called police.
Medics arrived and took the woman to a nearby hospital. She was treated and listed in stable condition, police say.
The case remains under investigation.
