The Michigan Democratic Party has filed a lawsuit against the Donald Trump campaign and the Michigan Republican Party over voter intimidation allegations.

The lawsuit, filed in federal court, says the campaign and Republican party are "conspiring to threaten, intimidate, and thereby prevent minority voters in urban neighborhoods from voting in the 2016 election."

It also mentions Trump's close advisor Roger Stone, Jr. and his organization, Stop the Steal Inc. in the lawsuit.

According to the lawsuit, Trump and his campaign are "using the loudest microphone in the nation" to get supporters to engage in voter intimidation at polling places across the state.

"Defendants have sought to organize, fund, and assist Trump's supporters to carry out the Trump Campaign's goals," the lawsuit alleges. "And Trump's supporters have responded with pledges to descend upon poling places in 'certain areas' where many minority voters live in order to interfere with their efforts to exercise the franchise."
