The Michigan House returns to work on Wednesday and has a clear agenda now that the sex and cover up scandal is over.

The four leaders from the House and Senate will meet with the Governor on Tuesday. But that does not mean a plan is expected.

Republicans in the House don't like the idea of raising the gas tax and other fees before heading to the Republican Policy Conference on Mackinac Island this weekend.

$1.2 billion is needed each year to fix roads and the general outline for a plan is $600 million from taxes and fees and $600 million from moving money out of the state General Fund to roads.
