According to the DTE Energy outage map, more than 1,300 electric customers in the area of Orchard Lake and 12 Mile Roads in Farmington Hills are experiencing a power outage due to unknown circumstances.
Additionally, around 830 customers in the area of Ann Arbor Trail and W. Warren on the Detroit/Dearborn Heights border are also without power.
DTE crews are working to determine why the power went out.
