The suspects in the Deontae Mitchell murder case have been bound over for trial.
A Wayne County judge listened to testimony and decided Gregory Walker, Lillian Roberts and Ernest Coleman will stand trial for the 13-year-old boy's death.
Prosecutors say Walker beat the teen and choked him to death with the help of Roberts and Coleman. Officials say Mitchell was killed over $80.
Defense attorneys argued the Mitchell's death was accidental, but the judge did not accept the argument.
All of the suspects remain in jail. They are due back in court on July 26.
