LORDSTOWN, Ohio (WXYZ) — The future is on the line for thousands of General Motors employees in the U.S. and Canada.
On Wednesday, the final Chevy Cruze will be coming off the line in Lordstown, Ohio.
It's one of five plants closing in the U.S. and Canada this year. Two of those plant closures are in metro Detroit – Detroit-Hamtramck and Warren.
Last month, it was announced the Detroit-Hamtramck plant won't close until next year.
