(WXYZ) — Popular sandwich shop chain Primanti Bros. is giving its customers the chance to win the ultimate Valentine's Day gift -- an all expenses-paid group wedding and reception.
Here's what you have to do:
- Bring your sweetie pie to any one of Primanti Bros. two Detroit locations on Valentine's Day,
- Get down on one knee,
- Declare your love and
- Pop the question!
Just make sure you let the restaurant general manager know that your partner said yes and they will give you more information about the free summer wedding ceremony.
The package includes an exclusive, all expense-paid wedding, catered reception and other special surprises, the restaurant says.
“Sometimes folks – mainly guys – don’t need the added pressure of an expensive restaurant when they are trying to pop the question,” said Paul Salupo, operations manager for the 86-year-old restaurant chain known for its signature “Almost Famous” sandwich. "Here, they can have fun, a great meal, and a free, catered wedding ceremony to boot. It’s a no brainer.”
The restaurant's website says the wedding ceremony and reception will be held this summer at the original Primanti Bros. location in Pittsburgh’s Strip District neighborhood.
Primanti Bros. is hosting the inaugural, “Love at First Bite,” event at all of its restaurants in Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, Maryland, Michigan and Indiana to encourage romance among couples.
Michigan locations can be found at the Novi Town Center in Novi and Southland Center in Taylor.
