A protest is planning for Monday night after the Roseville School Board vice president allegedly made derogatory statements against Muslims.

Now, some parents want Alfredo Francesconi to resign, and it's not the first time he's accused of making racist or insensitive comments on social media.

We took some screenshots of what some parents and former students shared with other school board members a few weeks ago.

One of the posts reads, "No I'm not going to kill the gays, make slavery legal, and take away women's rights. I'm not a Muslim."

We spoke to several Muslim-Americans who attended Roseville schools and still live in the district, and they say he has to go.

Francesconi spoke to 7 Action News reporter Gino Vicci on the phone Sunday night. He insists the posts were not offensive and he would do it again.
