Who shot a three-year-old little girl? Detroit Police are hoping surveillance video and tips from the community will help them find out.
The shooting happened Friday around 8:15 p.m. in the 5900 block of Ogden Street on the city's southwest side.
Witnesses tell Seven Action News they heard an argument, looked outside, saw vehicles speeding down Ogden Street and heard gunshots.
Police say a stray bullet hit a little girl in the shoulder as she played inside a house along that street.
Relatives say the little girl is Lamia Ghaleb and she is just under four years old. She is expected to survive.
Police released surveillance video of three vehicles seen speeding down the street. They want to speak to the people inside those vehicles.
