AAA Michigan says gas prices statewide have increased by about 7 cents in the past week.
The Dearborn-based auto club says the average price for self-serve regular unleaded gasoline was about $1.91 per gallon on Sunday.
That's about 60 cents less than it was at the same point last year.
In Metro Detroit, gas prices held steady around $1.86 per gallon, which was relatively unchanged from the previous week.
The lowest average price in Michigan was in the Detroit area, while the highest average was about $1.99 per gallon in the Marquette area.
AAA Michigan surveys daily fuel prices at 2,800 gas stations across the state.
