The Detroit People Mover will be closed for construction to repair a rail switch and parts of the track. This is standard maintenance for accumulated wear on the tracks.
The project will begin June 12th and end June 27th.
Alternative transportation services are available during construction. The Detroit Department of Transportation (DDOT) has bus routes that travel within the Central Business District. Accommodations can be provided for passengers with disabilities if they call 313-933-1300.
