Detroit police say a body found inside of a garage on Saturday afternoon had been in the garage for months.
Two men inside the neighborhood came across the body around 1 p.m. Saturday in the 1900 block of Elmhurst. That's near the corner of Elmhurst and Rosa Parks Blvd. on the city's west side.
We're told the body was badly decomposed and it appeared the man was sitting on the ground working on a car, which hasn't been registered in years.
Right now, it's not clear how the man died, but police are investigating.
