A trial date is set in the case of Charles Pugh. The former Detroit City Council President and Fox 2 News Anchor was back in court for a hearing Friday morning.

Charles Pugh will go on trial for multiple counts of criminal sexual conduct on November 7th. We learned today they expect it to last about four days.

Charles Pugh, the former political figure and community leader walked into court silently.

He is charged with five counts of criminal sexual conduct. Prosecutors say he met a 14-year-old boy, who was visiting Fox 2 News while Pugh was an anchor there in 2003.

He's accused of having a sexual relationship with the teen... which was described in detail at a court hearing last week.

In court today, his attorney asked for a second bond reduction.

"The bond was reduced, but it's still excessive so we need the additional information."

It was already reduced from $500,000 to $150,000. His attorney says an uncle has requested to house him, if Pugh is released on a lower bond.
