It was two years ago today that Roy Kelly III was on his way to pick up his morning cup of coffee. He drove right through the intersection at Bentler and Fargo on the city's northwest side, when he was robbed and killed.

Jennifer Mitchell, his older sister, said she and her family will not be at peace until they know who killed Kelly just five days before his 30th birthday.

Mitchell said there was one witness who made a statement to police, but later refused to help investigators.

Without that witness or any others, police have been at a dead end trying to solve the murder.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-SPEAK-UP.
