Just one day from the third and final debate of the 2016 presidential election and both campaigns are focusing on Michigan voters. Republican Vice President hopeful Mike Pence was in metro Detroit yesterday and today, the Democratic nominee for Vice President Tim Kaine is back in town.

SEE OUR ONE-ON-ONE INTERVIEW WITH KAINE BELOW

Kaine seems to like coordinating his locations with his speaking topics.

During his last visit, Kaine spoke at the University of Ann Arbor about a plan to reduce college debt. Today he is speaking in Detroit at Focus: Hope, a non profit organization aiming to overcome poverty through education and training.

So if you are thinking, ‘I bet Kaine will talk about the economy today’ – you’re right!

Kaine is bringing his wife Anne Holton with him today. He is expected to talk about economic strategies that work for everyone, not just those at the top and talk about what he believes is at stake in this election.

And if the past is any indicator he'll probably talk about why he and running mate Hilary Clinton believe Republican nominee Donald Trump is unfit for presidency

Kaine will speak at Focus: Hope at 2:30pm, but the event is not open to the public due to space.
