It's time to play baseball in Detroit and this year The Old Newsboys' Goodfellow Fund of Detroit is in the game with a special Detroit Tigers ticket package.
Fans of both the Detroit Goodfellows and Detroit Tigers can come out to the second game of the season at Comerica Park on Saturday, April 9 for a good game and a good cause as the Detroit Tigers take on the New York Yankees at 1:10 p.m.
The special ticket package includes choice of an upper box infield, mezzanine or lower baseline box tickets and an exclusive Detroit Tigers/Detroit Goodfellows hoodie. The Detroit Goodfellows will receive $3 from every special ticket sold.

The Detroit Goodfellows annually distributes 34,000 holiday gift packages through Detroit police precincts to needy children in Detroit, Hamtramck, Highland Park, Harper Woods and River Rouge. The 102-year-old charity's mission is to ensure that there is "No Kiddie Without a Christmas."
