Detroit police are on scene of a barricaded gunman situation on the city's west side.
According to police, it's happening in the 6400 block of Archdale. That's just off M-39 between Ford Rd. and Warren Ave.
Right now, it's not clear the circumstances around the situation or if anyone is inside besides the gunman.
Police are expected to update the media around 9 a.m.
