Detroit police say four people were shot during Noel Night festivities Saturday night.
The fourth victim is a 19-year-old man who suffered a graze wound to the right hand and lower leg. He is listed in stable condition.
Police say the victim observed the suspect produce a weapon and fire shots into the ground.
The other victims are a 17-year-old female, a 14-year-old male and a 15-year-old male. All are reported to be in stable condition.
The suspect is still at large, police say. He is described as an African American male with a light complexion wearing tan pants.
