Detroit police say a 45-year-old woman has been arrested after stabbing and killing her roommate.
It happened around 8:00 pm Wednesday night.
The 31-year-old victim was alive when emergency crews arrived on scene, but died on the way to the hospital.
Witnesses tell us both of the women moved into the apartment complex just a few days ago.
One witness tells us she saw the woman running away from the apartment with a steak knife, saying, "I think I killed her."
Evidence techs and detectives went door-to-door talking to people, looking for evidence.
