Deanna Jones says she's ready to move from her home on Aurora on Detroit's west side.
She's lived there for 23 years, but says she can no longer handle all the flooding that happens when it rains.
"I'm so tired. I'm so tired. I can't take it anymore," says Jones.
She says she has contacted the city several times on different occasions, but never got any answers. That's why she called 7 Action News for help.
We reached out to the city and they quickly came out to see what was going on.
We're told it could be a problem on her property or there may be an issue with the public sewer being overtaxed.
They are investigating and will let us know what they find out.
The city recommends residents download the Improve Detroit app to make a report or a complaint. That will be sent to the proper department and then a work order will be generated.
