Posted

A new federal lawsuit wants to hold Twitter, Facebook, Google and YouTube liable for posting materials in support of ISIS and terrorism.

A suit filed on behalf of several victims of the Pulse Nightclub shooting in Orlando, Florida last June has ties with two Michigan victims and their families.

Tevin Crosby of Saginaw was killed. So was Javier Jorge-Reyes who's sister lives in Michigan.

The lawsuit is seeking money damages in the form of Liability for Aiding and Abetting Acts of International Terrorism.
