The man charged in the murder of 24-year-old Kajavia Globe was back in court on Thursday.
Maxwell Brack, 24, was in court for a preliminary hearing and was eventually bound over for trial. He is charged with Open Murder in Globe's death.
According to police, Globe was reported missing on Dec. 11, 2015, and her body was found in a trash container just three days later on Dec. 14.
Police released photos in December of a masked man who was using her ATM card and driving her car.
Last month, her mother expressed frustration and her family suspected an ex-boyfriend, who was at the center of a love triangle involving Globe, as someone behind her disappearance.
According to the medical examiner, there were no signs of any injury to Kajavia's internal organs. She was found inside the trash container naked from the waist down with a rope around her neck. While he could not determine how she was killed, he didn't rule out suffocation.
