Two days after being featured as one of Detroit's most wanted, Louis Wilson turned himself in to Detroit Police's 11th Precinct on Thursday afternoon.
Wilson, 20, has been on the run since 2014. US Marshals say it was a 7-year-old family member who fell victim to one of Wilson's sex crimes.
He has family and friends in Detroit but also has ties to Texas where police believed he may have run for some time before returning.
Tips from viewers led the US Marshals to Wilson's house on Thursday. He turned himself in to police after seeing himself on 7 Action News as one of Detroit's Most Wanted.
